The first  consultation will assess your:

  • training plans/routine, your goals
  • daily habits, likes and dislikes
  • Based on the above assessment you will receive a personal meal plan to address your goals

Each of the follow-up consultations are used to:

    • Discuss your progress
    • discuss meal plan adjustments if necessary

Our process

  2. Fill out your contact details and complete the consultation form with your health details.
  3. Complete the secure checkout using one of our trusted payment methods.
  4. Once your order has been successfully completed you will receive an email confirmation and we will open up a file for you.
  5. We schedule an appointment within 24 to 48hours
  6. First consultation with the dietitian where she discusses a target goal and meal plan for you.
    After the discussed amount of days stated on your diet plan,
    Send in your results (a picture of your weight on scale, instructions will be provided) to us on Whatsapp +2770 989 881 Send in your results
  7. 2nd consultation will be set up within 24-48hours of sending in your results
  8. Receive your diet plan via Whatsapp and email
  9. After the discussed amount of days stated on your diet plan send in your results
